1 tbsp Vanilla extract
1/4tsp salt

Step 2

Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, then melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan.

Step 3

Pour about ¼c of batter into the pan - immediately starting to swirl the pan to allow the batter to evenly coat the bottom of the pan.

Step 4

Cook for about 1 minute on the first side then flip and cook the opposite side for 30 seconds

Step 5

Remove crepe from pan and place on cutting board or plate to cool and repeat the process with the remainder of batter.

Step 6

Take one crepe and spread chocolate spread evenly, leaving about a 1 inch border.

Step 7

On the side closest to you, place thinly sliced strawberries.

Step 8

To fold, take side farthest away from you and fold in half over the strawberry side.

Step 9

Add about a tablespoon more chocolate spread to one side of crepe and fold in half again to make a triangle shape.

Step 10

Sprinkle powdered sugar over top if desired and enjoy!
