We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 12pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Standard Delivery - £4.99. We aim to deliver within 3-5 business days. Free for orders over £60.
  • Express Delivery - £7.99. We aim to deliver these within 1-2 business days.
  • Highlands & Islands - Please allow an extra 3 business days.

      Highlands and Islands include AB10-16, AB21-39, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-HS9, IM1-9, IV1-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PA87-88, PH15-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, and ZZ75. We currently do not deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.

      Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location.       Our company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and competitive prices. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or is not the product you ordered, we kindly request that you Contact Us within three business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographic evidence to support your return. If you discover a faulty product, please inform us within seven business days of delivery and include the product and batch number when returning the item, along with its original packaging. We will conduct a thorough investigation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

      Please note that any requests to modify orders must be made immediately, as we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been packaged and shipped. Orders placed between 12 pm on Monday and Friday will be shipped that same day.

      In the event that you mistakenly order a product from our website, we will happily replace or refund the item provided that you return the original product to our head office at your expense, in an unused and saleable condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are not in a saleable condition or that are returned after the seven day return period. Once we have received and inspected the product and verified that it is in a saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price, minus the cost of return delivery.

      The ultra-sharp stainless steel blades are designed to prevent clogging and to remove the flavourful rinds without working down to the softer more pulpy pith of the citrus. High on flavour, low on waste. Our micro planing tool is also totally dishwasher friendly, however, from a energy conscious perspective this is not entirely necessary.

      The MasterChef fine grating zester tool is the ultimate kitchen utensil for adding depth of flavour and a restaurant finish to your favourite dishes. The tool has multiple functions, working as a cheese shredder for hard Italian cheeses, ginger grater, lemon zester, nutmeg grinder and even wasabi grater! Due to the clog-free design of the tool, a simple wash under a stream of warm water and soap will be enough to remove the food residue from the blades. The convenient hanging eyelet can be used to speed up the drying process too - simply rinse, hang, et voila.
